Jr Statesman non postable fountain and/or rollerball pen, elm, rhodium/gold plated

A distinctive collectable pen of unrivalled beauty and quality. The style is based on our popular Jr Statesman fountain pen. Handturned using recycled elm wood from St. John's Church, Weston, Runcorn with a sycamore cross inlay and is polished to a mirror like high gloss finish. It is adorned with the finest premium quality rhodium and features stylish gold accents on the centre band and cap end. Rhodium is an exquisite and valuable precious metal. Its brilliance, hardness, and beauty make it a favourite of fine pen collectors. Rhodium is extremely durable; it doesn't tarnish easily and is very resistant to scratching and acids. The silky smooth cap screw operation and writing experience are delivered by a fast action, precision thread. As with many fine executive pens, this pen is not designed to be used with the cap attached (i.e. the cap is non postable).

This pen is available as a fountain pen or rollerball pen or a set of both. The fountain pen option has a two tone iridium nib and uses bottled ink (ink reservoir included) or a standard short cartridge (sold separately). The rollerball pen option is supplied with a Schmidt safety ceramic rollerball fitted. Both options are supplied with a black velvet presentation box and a black velvet drawstring pouch.
