Streamline ballpoint pen, tineo wood, silver plated

Beautifully handcrafted pen made from tineo wood, which has an attractive colour and grain. The pen is adorned with premium quality silver plated components and has a high gloss finish to highlight the natural properties of the wood.

The tineo tree grows up to 30 m (100 ft) high and has a straight trunk up to 1 m (3 ft) in diameter. It is native to Chile and Argentina and thrives in cool and moist climates. The tineo tree and is used as an ornamental tree in Chile, also in parts of the UK and Pacific coast of USA. The flowers used by bees make a delicious honey. The wood is hard and its attractive colour and grain pattern make it highly prized for decorative uses. 

This pen is supplied with a black Cross style refill (installed) and a black velvet drawstring pouch. Pen boxes can be purchased separately.
