Items listed on our website are usually in stock and we aim to dispatch your order within 2 days.
Occasionally items may not be available for immediate dispatch and we aim to dispatch these orders within 7 days.
For bespoke orders please allow 2-3 weeks.
For repairs please allow 4 weeks
Delivery within the UK is free on orders of £70 or more and £5 on orders under £75. All our UK orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For service. Royal Mail Special Delivery (next working day) is £10. This option is only available for items that are in stock.
Delivery to European countries is £15 for all orders.
Delivery to other countries is £15 for all orders.
Please note: If you fail to take delivery of your order then we may require payment to redeliver your order.
Depending on the trading arrangements that your country has with the UK, customs import duty may be payable on purchases made from outside of the UK. If applicable, you will be asked to pay the duty in your own country before you can accept delivery.
The cost of our products does not include any international taxes and is not paid by Cheshire Pens.
