If you wish to purchase goods from us you should order by adding the item to the shopping cart and completing billing and shipping details as prompted on the website. After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order.
On placing your order payment will be automatically taken from you. We will send you an email
when your order has been dispatched. Please note that failure to provide correct billing and delivery address information may delay your order and could requireadditional payment for redelivery.
We offer a bespoke service enabling customers to choose the style of pen and materials to be used to produce a unique writing instrument. Email your requirements to
info@cheshirepens.co.uk. A quotation and payment instructions will be provided. Full payment is required before a bespoke work is undertaken.
All orders are subject to product availability. Products listed on our website are normally in stock. If the product you have ordered is not available from stock, then this will usually be flagged as “backordered”, if we have the materials in stock to produce your items. These items will be marked as back ordered in your shopping basket and on the order confirmation. If your order is likely to be delayed then we will contact you by email.
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions are accurate and that prices are correct. If a pricing error means that you have over paid then we will refund the difference. If a pricing error means that you have under paid then we may at our discretion accept your order at the price paid. However, we reserve the right to refuse your order. In this case we will offer you the option you to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel the order with a full refund.
Products that are in stock will normally dispatched within 2 business days.
Products that are out of stock can be back ordered. Products that are flagged as back ordered are normally dispatched within 7 business days. If a longer delay is expected then we will notify you.
We offer a bespoke service for customised or commissioned work. We aim to dispatch these orders within 2-3 weeks depending on the complexity and size of the order.
Our repair service is currently restricted to products purchased from us. We aim to complete repairs within 4 weeks.
Orders are dispatched to the address indicated on your order. All our orders are tracked. If you fail to take delivery of your order and it is returned to us then we will require payment to redeliver your order.

Depending on the trading arrangements that your country has with the UK, customs import duty may be payable on purchases made from outside of the UK. If applicable, you will be asked to pay the duty in your own country before you can accept delivery.
The cost of our products does not include any international taxes and is not paid by Cheshire Pens.
Please check your parcel before signing for it and record any signs of external damage or interference on the courier’s manifest. Once signed this is accepted as Proof of Delivery, confirming all goods have arrived.
Claims of damage or pilferage must be notified in writing both in the courier’s manifest and to Cheshire Pens within 3 days of delivery.
All our pens and pencils have a 12 months guarantee against mechanical fault. If at any time your pen is damaged, we offer a repair service. Please contact us at info@cheshirepens.co.uk.
If you are not delighted with your purchase you have the right to cancel within 30 calendar days from the receipt of your goods. Cancelled goods will not be accepted without prior notification in writing by email. Cancelled goods must be returned unused and must be received by us in their original condition. Were the above conditions are met we will refund the cost of goods (less any carriage costs and fees charged to us by the payment processing company through which you originally paid) within 30 days.
Warranty claims will not be accepted without prior notification in writing by email. When returning an item for warranty inspection then you will cover the costs of sending the item to us.
If you are returning goods for exchange, where the goods were neither incorrectly supplied nor faulty, we will not be liable for your postage costs. If your order originally qualified for free postage, any refund will exclude the original postage cost; exchanges will incur the cost of posting the replacement item(s) to you.
When you are returning an incorrectly supplied product, we will cover the cost of returning the item. Please contact us to arrange this.

All products available from us comply with current UK legislation. We cannot warrant that goods available from us comply with legislation outside of the UK . We cannot be held liable for damage, injury or loss, either directly or indirectly, through misuse, inappropriate use or mishandling of our products.
Our terms and conditions are governed by English law and any dispute arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of England and Wales.
